Shipping & Returns

 

At FireCrystals we stand behind the quality of our products and we will make every effort to correct the situation if you are unhappy with your purchase. Every shipment is carefully inspected before leaving in an effort to ensure your satisfaction; however, should there be an error on the part of us, we will rectify this at no cost to you. If you are not satisfied with your purchase simply follow the instructions below.

 

You may return any item purchased at FireCrystals by mail. You will be responsible for all postage and handling fees to return your product, and may also be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. You may use any company you would like, but for your protection you may want to ship with an insured vendor like UPS, USPS or FedEx. All returns must be in their original condition, and must be received at our warehouse no later than 30 days after your ship date. Pending inspection, a refund will be issued to you for your purchase price less your original shipping (which can not be refunded). Please include your Name, Address, Phone Number, email address, and Order Number so we may quickly process your return.
