This pan is required if using propane. And is is recommended as an added factor of safety for natural gas vented inserts as well. Precisely manufactured for the FireCrystals U-burner. Made of 18 gauge stainless steel, it has 2" sealed wall and 7/8" hole to perfectly fit a 1/2" gas pipe. If you are using propane as your gas source you must use a sealed pan with your burner to contain the propane gas and prevent pre-ignition leakage. Propane must be handled with absolute care. It is a heavy gas and can accumulate in low-lying areas, causing it to ignite intermittently. Available in 20" 26", 32" 38"

 

IMPORTANT!

This pan is not a stand alone fire pit, it is to be used as an insert. This pan must be full of media i.e. glass, sand, lava rock to absorb heat and prevent possible warping.
